Wanted: Followers. Reward: Cheap Booze

UPDATE: Risque didn’t reach 300 followers by the 16th, but they did reach it by Monday the 18th and had $.50 shots of Jack anyways. Cheers to them!
Risque Cafe, a unique Chicago watering hole, is promoting its twitter account with a promotion that wins every time: extremely cheap booze. OK, it’s not exactly free, but if Risque gets 500 followers by Saturday, they will sell shots of Jack Daniels for a quarter. That’s basically free.
The offer
The retweet’s are flying already, and as of 4:40pm on Wednesday, Risque has 126 followers. Will they make it? I’ll keep you updated. Here’s hoping they get 500 followers!
More Wrigley Advertising

I was at the Cubs game Wednesday night, and saw some great ads from Wrigley. I only managed to snap a shot of one ad, but they all revolve around Wrigley’s new Slim Packs. The print ads highlight the slimness of the product by comparing it with things Wrigley Field or Cubs fans would encounter. One ad read ‘Slim as the chance having a DH here’ referring to the designated hitter-less National League.
I’ll try to find the other ads around the net and post them when I do. For now, enjoy this little number which digs nicely at White Sox fans.
