Best of 2009 – Best Restaurant Moment

This wasn’t an easy choice, mostly because I have an awful memory, but also because I have had some great experiences this year. The close runner-up would have to be the sushi trip to Wakamono with my girlfriend to celebrate 4 years together. But, I have to choose just one, and it’s kind of hard to not choose the experience I’m selecting for #best09.

You can read about the event here, but to quickly sum it up; I was the only guy at a Nintendo enthusiasts dinner at the Signature Room during BlogHer. Getting to hang with Jenn, Doni, Erini, Maggie, and meeting other Jenn and Rachel (as well as others I’m probably forgetting) was pretty amazing.

    Dude you were such a trooper. Not many guys could handle that much estrogen without feeling overwhelmed or inhaling whiskey. Congrats, and I concur — that was a fantastic dinner.
