About BZ

Brandon Zeman is a 20-something Joliet transplant now living in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. While at NIU, Brandon served as the President, Vice President and Secretary of his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was also a member of the Marketing Student Advisory Board and American Advertising Federation.

Brandon is passionate about a career in social communications and internet marketing. He is the founder and current maintainer of Chicago Tweetups, which provides information about all of the awesome Tweetups in the Chicagoland area. After working for a few companies, Brandon has landed an internship at Edelman in the digital group. He also does some consulting and contract work for Lakeshore Branding.

When Brandon isn’t working, he spends his time maintaining his blog,
watching the Blackhawks and hitting up social networking events.

    Thanks for swinging by my site. I'm sure Edelman has many things they look for, but if you can show you've been passionate about PR or social, or whatever, and have been working on getting experience where you can, that should definitely help your efforts.

    It looks like you're blogging regularly with relevant content, so I'd say you're definitely on the right path.
